I am so glad that Bill 64 passed. It is long over due.
I am sickened by offenders harming our children and then only receive short sentences.
Recently there has been several cases in California where deviants were caught and convicted only to be released to go on to kil and torture.
From what I've recently learned these sexual predators cannot be truely rehabilitated. They will continue at every opportunity that presents itself and also activly pursue this type of sick behavior.
